We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us. If the error is ours, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
If you receive an item and it was not what you expected, please contact us to arrange for a return of the item. Refunds will be made for the purchase price, if the product is shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted for items that are received back in the original condition.
Personalized/custom items are non-refundable and can not be returned unless they are other than ordered or damaged. If you have a problem with the item not being correct or arriving damaged, please let us know and we will arrange a replacement for the item. We reserve the right to offer shop credit in the event the item is not replaceable.
